Great day talking to josh about life and godliness, and what we would do with 200,000 dollars. Josh, Shane, and Joe norwood and I went to preview Buck Creek... It was awesome.

As many of you know Big Z as once a hairdresser. Way to go. I cut Joe Fisher's hair... So I guess that makes me a hairdresser too. Obviosly that moved Big Z (almost to tears) and he embraced me like a brother. I think it's important to note both the delight and passion in his face as we embrace. I think given some time Z and I will become great friends.

A fresh coat of paint can change a lot.  Just ask PJ :)   If you have ever watched PJ paint something you were probably amazed.  I know I was.  We were painting in Uturn today and in the time it took 3 of us to get half of a wall done, he had almost completed a whole wall by himself and it was bigger than the one we were working on!  Hopefully you all like the new colors in the Uturn building... even if you don't... you better not say anything, because it took a long time to paint :)  Say thank you to PJ, Grace, Ciara, Shane, Zach and Matt Wimberly for giving their time to paint for you!  Hope you all had a great weekend, and even though we are back to "the grind" I hope we can all remember to wear the shoes of the gospel this week to school.  Lets bring the message of the hope of Jesus everywhere we walk, and equally importantly let's carry His love, grace, mercy and forgiveness and start a new revolution.

I got to hang out with my daughter for a few hours without interruption or distractions... it was awesome! She is so great! Everyone says she looks like me, but she is just to dang cute for me to buy that.

I was trying to read my Bible and I just needed some relaxing music in the background. So I downloaded some sweet native american cedar flute tunes lol. What in the world! I think it's filling me with the power of eagles or something so that's pretty awesome.

In our Life Journal reading today I really liked Paul's encouraging words to the believers in Corinth.

1 Corinthians 16:13 Be on guard. Stand firm in the faith. Be courageous. Be strong. 14 And do everything with love.

Still powerful today! Lord we want to stand firm in our faith and be bold to share the hope of the Gospel. And in all our endeavors we want to bring the reality of Your love to our generation.

It's 1 am after REACH. We had a great night! I can't stop thinking about this "movement". What is God up to? Are we capable of grasping it? Will we be faithful with it when it comes? This blog will be dedicated to my daily devotional life. As we take a walk through our Life Journals this year... I am going to be using my blog to SOAP. It's digital so I can't lose it :)

Ephesians 4
Unity in the Body

1 Therefore I, a prisoner for serving the Lord, beg you to lead a life worthy of your calling, for you have been called by God. 2 Always be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other’s faults because of your love. 3 Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit, binding yourselves together with peace. 4 For there is one body and one Spirit, just as you have been called to one glorious hope for the future. 5 There is one Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 and one God and Father, who is over all and in all and living through all.
